How about paying for vibrating screeners?
After creating the order, we will create an advance invoice for you for 800 EUR, and after its payment, your sorter will begin production. You pay the rest of the amount before a shipping date.
How is the transport?
You can pick up our mobile vibrating sorter either in person at our office in Most (Czechia), or we will be happy to bring it to you anywhere in the EU. With shipping rate for 0,5 EUR for 1 Km from Most, Czechia.
What are the sizes?
We primarily produce sorters in 3 sizes. The largest and most popular EVO 3 has a loading size of 2500 mm and an unloading size of 2300 mm. The smallest EVO 1 has a loading width of 2100 mm and an unloading width of 1900 mm, and the middle sorter EVO 2 has a loading width of 2300 mm and an unloading width of 2100 mm
How many fractions are there?
The WAGRCZ EVO sorters are two fractional, but for a fee, we can add hoppers to the front of the model 23 and the machine will become a three-fraction.
How does it work?
By pouring in any fragment (soil, stone, pellets, coal, compost, wood chips), the variously sized meshes produce fractions of sizes (according to the customer's wishes) from coarse grain to fine foundation.
What are the screeners sizes?
The most used ones are - 15x15 mm, 30x30 mm and 20x20 mm, 40x40 mm, otherwise 1x1 mm up to 150x150 mm is possible as desired.
What to do in case of a malfunction?
The machine has durable electrical equipment - in case of failure, check the wiring (by an electrician), in case of engine failure, call +420 601 380 750 our service.
Can it be used in adverse conditions?
We do not recommend using the vibrating sorter in rain, snow and temperatures below 5°C
